Timothy Gordon

A founding Director of First State Group, Tim began his career in the construction industry in 1983 and is a registered residential and commercial builder. In 1986, he established the Victorian state office of public company Gordon Pacific Limited. He was responsible for the development and construction of numerous CBD commercial projects in both Melbourne and Sydney. Tim relocated to Brisbane, establishing First State Group in 1992.

A founding Director of First State Group, Bruce commenced private practice in 1975 as a consulting engineer in one of the first multi-discipline companies incorporating both design and construction. The business expanded to number more than 130 employees, and achieve construction completion of more than $340m. In 1982, Bruce moved into development and began building his own projects. Sale of the construction company, to a publicly listed group, led to Bruce’s relocation to Queensland to establish First State Group.
